Clean, fast, efficient. Food was hot, fresh and out in a flash. The restrooms are spotless, clean and fully stocked. The servers are excellent. Great experience.

If you order for delivery I'd suggest a different location. They constantly walked by ignoring I was there an then come to the window trying to give me a order behind me. There wasn't anyone behind me when I pulled threw the drive thru. Bag of food felt

This has to be the worst McDonald's location! They don't honor the digital codes, the attitude is they don't care..just laugh off errors. And the operator/owner doesn't care. This place should be shut down! It's an embarrassment.

I’m paying for my order, and this guy was picking his nose behind the screen window on drive through, and touched my hand right after he did it, I pulled up and the guy that gave me my food, I told him what happen and he just laughed and closed the window. And who ever was on head set couldn’t understand them, if you are going to have someone as head set make sure he can speak good English and understand it so he can take the order properly. It’s always this McDonald’s that’s always messing up or being rude, really need new employees and managers.

Honestly with McDonald's most people want to post when the service is bad so I decided to flip it on everyone. The food and service was good.

The store manager is supposed to be the voice of the store. So I'm not sure why English being your first language is not a prerequisite. Or at least being VERY fluent. It was frustrating to speak to a literal translator to get my message to the manager. But trying to speak with him directly was even worse.

I went today, the 30th, to pick up an order at curbside at 6:20, they forgot my drink and I went inside to order it, luckily (or unluckily in this case) that the manager was at the register, with his mobile phone, and when I went to tell him about the drink he didn't even pay attention, and went to tell his employees how little he had heard of what I told him. The truth is, if that is the manager's attitude, with a bad face, listless and rude, I understand why it was almost empty.

Came here because I'm not a fan of the McDonald's on northpark but this McDonald's is just as worse! They forgot 2 fries on my order (one just wasn't even on the receipt) so I went back into the line the tell them I'm missing a fry and I'm willing to pay for the second fry they forgot to put on my ticket and the girl (young white female brown hair) in the window slammed the window in my face went and got the manager (short Mexican man with black hair) and he tried to accuse me of scamming them for free fries when I said that wasn't the case and showed him my receipt he got mad didn't say a word and threw a bag of medium fries in my hand and slammed the window. Poor communication and bad management
