So I've lived in the area for about 4 years now & previously we used to joke that this location gives you what you need, not what you want bc every order was wrong in some way... NOT ANYMORE THO!! They got a new manager & she's got that store going now!! Thank you!! Now I can actually get what I ordered! & it's been right every time since she's been there!! If you prefer curbside she'll have you check your order to ensure it's right! I'm a former mcds mgr of almost 15 yrs & I just hope she sees this. Props & keep up the great work!!

Homeless guy in dining room acting inappropriately. All the cars in the drive through were being sent to wait an additional 10 minutes in a "curbside" parking area. Would definately NOT recommend this location.

This post is about the service I received as a Doordash driver. I accepted an order that was to be picked up by 2:11pm, I arrived prior the deadline. At 2:18pm, in a rather rude manner the employee told me to confirm the order, a process done when picking up orders. She clung on to the bag as if I were going to steal it. During such interaction I stated that they made me wait 7 minutes after the agreed pickup time to which she replied “we do not start Doordash orders until the driver arrives” as she was talking I confirmed the order on the app using the matching numbers of the order and label on the bag. As I went to take the bag she stated she had to see me enter the numbers. Since the app moved to the next step of the instructions for delivery I could not jump back to re-enter the code. I showed her my phone which indicated all was set for delivery. She would not accept such and stated “I have to see you type in the numbers and confirm it”. Then she said “ I’m just doing my job” She took the bag and put it on a shelf behind her and said good bye. upon my confirming the order the customer was notified of the pickup but I had nothing to deliver due to the employee “DOING HER JOB”. After leaving the location I contacted Doordash who canceled the order. TO THE OWNER AND MANAGER. Your employees action only reflected the could care less attitude to satisfy your customer with getting the food in a timely manner and the distrust she holds against others.

If I could put 0 stars I would, when the guy was taking my order he asked what sauce?, when I received my order I checked if I was missing anything. I asked nicely can I get some buffalo sauce ? she rudely said “you have to pay 25 cents for a cup” I mean if I have to pay for sauce why ask in the beginning what sauce would I like ?!!

Worst service ever.. ordered ahead on the app went thru the drive thru and STILL having to wait now ten min for my order of just one dinner box that’s it…. And three other cars who were after me have already come and gone.

Not happy. Missing sausage and charged for extra beacon. Ask for 2 cream and 10 packs of sugar for my coffee. I got 10 creams and 10 packs of sugar.No I did not take the sandwich back because it might not have been a peaceful look from me.I did give the 10 creamers back. What was I going to do with 10 creamer in my coffee.You got to do better, if you want better ratings. Quality Assurance
