I always place my order through the mobil app, and they have given me the wrong order a couple of times. It's hard for me to go back because I'm always placing my order on my way to work and don't notice it until I get there. They should be more careful with the orders.

I went through the drive through and they forgot one of my sausage biscuits. I had to part and go inside to get it. They were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. Regardless of the mishap, this is my favorite McDees in the area.

They are insanely slow and when I ordered online, they skipped 2 beef patties from on of the double big Mac offers. Bad Customer Service. I recommend everyone to check their food for irregularities.

This location is never open according to its posted hours. The sign says they open at 5:30 AM, despite Google Maps and the McDonalds website showing an earlier opening time, yet they are never ready by 5:30 AM. The morning crew is so rude too.

The worst McDonalds I've ever seen! The workers are insanely slow - in the fast-food restaurant you're waiting your orders 15-20 minutes. Items are always missing! Always! I live close by and come here frequently, so I was tolerate enough to be mad now! I never got complete or right order, so it's obligatory to open up whole package and boxes and check your order in that place.Several time I returned back to the café for TOY in Happy Meal to my kiddo, cause I didn't want to see her disappointment. But now, see below my Quarter Pounder®* with Cheese where I asked just "no pickles, no onions" - so they took order wrong and put NOTHING into it!Shame on you the richest corporation of fast food industry! If you can't train and control your team, just close the place!

Fix the hours of this place dine in actually opens at 6am not 5am they need to fix their online hours. I waited 45 mins outside

They made a mistake with my order. I told them that I only wanted the bacon. I had bacon in my order and I had already bitten into the hamburger. They told me to return the hamburger and they were in a bad mood.

Ordered close to $100 of breakfast for the office through the app and was informed by the delivery driver that ‘the order was picked up by a lady who gave them the code’ before he arrived. The management was NOT helpful. Shrugged off the order. When I asked if it would be remade, as I had not received the order, I was told, ‘The big order had been made and a lady came and already picked it up’ time and time again. I was left with no breakfast after 45 minutes after the order was placed for my office of 12-13 hungry people.Will NOT order again and if I could provide lower feedback, I would.
