The mobile ordered I placed for my breakfast was not found in their system when I went to pick up but they sure did charge me for it. Yes! I confirmed the location. After much frustration, I felt it was better to walk away so I left. I no longer wanted my food from here so I checked the app for instructions on how to get a refund. The mobile app directed me to call or visit the location and get a refund. I called from home to cancel my order and get a refund and then their phone was trash. They finally answered after 7 attempts. The connection was garbage and she hung up on me. I called from another number in case my phone was the issue and more garbage reception and she hung up on me again. I would go back but I'm sure I will get resistance about my refund and it's simply not worth raising my blood pressure over this. I will never go back to this location EVER again!

Service here depends on who’s the closing shift manager. I believe there are two? Sometimes I see a boy so I’m not sure. I sometimes want to order but by the time I get there the employees say that it’s closed (9:41) but if I go another day it’s open until 10. So I asked the manager at what time they close just to know when not to come and she told me that their closing time is at 10pm so I asked her why the other girl closes earlier and she didn’t know what to tell me so she probably doesn’t even know. All I know is that sundays are open until 10 and lord knows at what time they close the other days.

Placed a mobile order, receipt says at 10:22am, did not receive it until 10:40am! Literally 2 sausage biscuits and a McMuffin. When I told the cashier they said they were heating up the patties. It doesn’t not take almost 20 minutes to heat up some patties. Do not go here if you want your food fast.Felt bad for the Walmart workers that were on their break and their food also took long.

I loved my experience at this McDonalds only because of this excellent beautiful young lady. I believe her name was Daniella and my experience was just excellent.

I just don’t understand. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this McDonald’s it doesn’t matter who takes my order, it comes out WRONG. I told the guy at the drive through I DONT WANT ANY MUSTARD on my burger (I’m allergic) mind you he got it wrong on the screen and I told him it was wrong he still didn’t change it and I got a burger full of mustard. And he also put ONLY MUSTARD. Like I just don’t get how hard it could be to make sure an order is correct. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before and I’ve repeated the order every single time so something like this won’t happen again. Definitely going to be my last time going to this one.

They don't listen to people properly. They serve the wrong food. Every time they give either old or new, their service is very poor.

I asked the McDonald’s employee for 2 cups and I specifically told him I need the cups for ice and water and the man charged me 4$, On top of that the water was tap water which was horrendous and would not recommend going to this establishment, McDonald’s is such a big company and they can’t afford THE ice.that might be cost not even.50 cents

I’ve ordered table delivery many times and not once has my food been brought to the table. What is the point of me putting a table number into the app? My party asked for no pickles many times and yet McDonald’s employees continue to put pickles on his sandwich. This location doesn’t take food allergies very seriously. Also, the small roaches crawling around makes you not want to eat here. And the cleanness of the floor and tables could be a lot better. I won’t be eating here anymore.

There seems to be some confusion at this location. I come here often before or after work. Whenever there's a particular cashier there, there seems to be confusion with the names of menu items.Today I approached the counter."May I order two egg mcmuffins" She asks if I want the regular ones. I say yes. She rings up two sausage muffins.I say "no I wanted two egg mcmuffins, the ones with egg" She rings up two sausage mcmuffins with egg.I say no I just want two egg mcmuffins showing a google image. And she says "the ones with Canadian bacon?" I that's what I would like that but without the bacon because egg muffins are cheaper than the sausage mcmuffins with egg. She brings a co-worker over and I think the sort it out but all they do is remove the sausage and the receipt still says sausage egg mcfuffin, no sausage. I'm not going to worry about that though. I've already discussed it back and forth.However I did look up the names of the products online to make sure Im not crazy and the egg mcmuffin is the name of the product.I walk out with my food, bite into it. The center of both is pretty much yellow mush. Some people like their eggs like that but I find it a bit gross. I'm not trying to be like a Karen so I don't ask for it to be remade but I go back in with a plan. I pull up a photo of the exact product I want and show it when I ask for the product. She still ask me to verify the product I want for good measure, no biggie. But then I make sure to ask for the egg to be well done, and the while it looks normal on the outside the insides of the yoke portion is bright yellow mush again. Apart from the hash brown I bought, the rest was a waste of money.Personally I'm not even upset with the cashier. While I have seen her the past few weeks when i stop by, she could be relatively newer for all I know. I just hope she didn't think I was the one being confusing because I tried to be as clear as I can whenever I order from her.

Rude staff, the young black girl with the short curly hair was super rude when I asked her if they serve breakfast, and another time I called and asked a question they answered and when I asked a question some lady hung up on me!

Excellent service very nice friendly stuff and the food was out hot and fresh before I could even finish filling my drink up. Very impressed. This McDonald’s is inside of the Walmart but they do stay open later than most in the area. I believe they close at 11 PM.
