The guy who helped us, (Juan) was excellent, but the company took a long time to send someone, we were stuck in the street for 2 hours, I didn't like that, they took too long and they were only 11 minutes away.

I have never experienced the worst customer service. If i could give this place a zero i would. I politely called this morning to talk to someone about an unauthorized tow. A rude gentleman answers to where i could not understand and hung up on me. I have called back several times and refuses to answer my calls. Forcing me to have to go to them to resolve my issue. Please be aware of their awful and unacceptable customer service.

I never thought I'd see the day when I'd describe a towing experience as delightful, but Mega Towing proved me wrong! When my car quit on me during rush hour, their tow truck arrived so fast I wondered if they'd installed rockets on it. The driver was efficient and a comedian in disguise, turning my frustrating situation into an epic tale. If you need towing or emergency help, Mega Towing is the way to go – they'll have you back on track with a smile!

This towing company is really a 0 start company, waited over 2 hours in the highway with no ETA no communication and they still didnt pick me up at my destination. High way tow dropped me off at the nearest exit untill finally mega towing showed up 2 hours and 30 minurtrs later. would not recommend this company to anyone needed towing service

EDITED: I appreciate they responded. Maybe this was a bad hiccup in an otherwise good track record, Just wanted to share my experience.
Said they’d be here in an hour. Waited an hour and half. Had to call three times to get an answer.

Called to get a quote on a lock out guy gave me the quote but after I denied because of the super over price he got smart and sassy! No customer service. End up calling Miller and son's towing that was the same distance from them. There rate was receivable and customer service was super amazing! Honestly I recommend not going here just check the last reviews, their customer service has gone down the drain. I called 10 other towing companies but I ended up wanting to leave a reviews because of my bad experience with the person on the other line. Guy was more money hungry in charging me and getting a down payment from my credit card then really listening!
