The only one in the store for over 10 mins, I went to the counter area twice not one word from either sales person, the minute one of the same nationality comes in they get a warm welcome. So i went up to the counter & voiced my feelings & left the items I considered purchasing & left them right there. One of the sales reps said that was rude I said no that was truthful. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but come on. Who wants to be ignored? The only one in the store really.

I love it every time I go to the. Store the staff are so nice and so sweet and they help you so fast and I love the Erica Ochoa help me with a problem that I had Wish all the stores were like that

They take a long time to restock the shoe sizes all the shoes are size 8 they need to restock size 5 and 6

I haven’t been to the store in a while but I just went recently and it’s completely turned around in such a good way!!!!! Very organized, clean & friendly!!!!! I’ll be going to the store more now it’s super convenient and it has great service and they’re very helpful!

The manager is just horrible, her name is Selena. She treats all her staff so bad and they all end up quitting. She says that the staff doesn’t know how to clean, all they do is stand there and do nothing. However, she is the one who is just using her phone all day, talk mess about everyone and doesn’t even do any work. She shouldn’t be manager when there is other staff members that are more nice and hard working.

The store is great but the manager was the worse her name was Selena. First she was so rude with one of her employees. She persistently degraded her infront of customers. I approached the employee to make sure she was OK. Poor thing was so upset. She said she is a bully and has people quitting all the time. I told her to complain to corporate and she said I can't I need my job. I'm sure the media would love to hear this story. A boss that's a bully.
