I have been taking my dogs here for years and I trust them completely. They have vets who are kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. The front office staff is also super sweet and responsive. They are just great, end of story.

I have been going to Memorial Vet clinic since 2014 and I highly recommend them! Dr Anderson, Dr Baskin, and the entire staff are wonderful. They genuinely care about the health and well being of my dogs. I moved 30 minutes away and continue to travel to the clinic for my dogs. They are the best!

I absolutely love the team at Memorial! I have two old lady cats, Freckles and Bubbles, one of which has constant issues and we are always in and out of the vet. At this point literally all the vets know Bubbles as well as the front desk staff and vet techs. It’s so sweet seeing how much they care about her wellbeing every time we visit (which at times can be weekly) and they take all her issues in stride and help to balance conflicting factors and prioritize care. Huge shoutout to Dr. Riggs, Dr. Hubbard (who was instantly thrown in to treating Bubbles for one of her random maladies on her first day at the practice), Dr. Morris, and vet techs Kasey + Kate (who both deserve raises they are so amazing!!) as well as the lovely front desk staff who see me in and out of there constantly. Y’all were my first vet I went to when I moved to Houston and have never switched. When my parents moved the Houston they also began taking their four cats here as well. THANK YOU FOR HELPING TO KEEP MY TWO OLD LADIES ALIVE! I’m convinced my cats would not have lived this long without their dedication, care, and always laughing at my jokes. Could not recommend more!

This isn't a review so much as an apology. I used this clinic for years for my dog, an elderly rescue pug. The first few vets I saw there understood that the dog was on "hospice" -- I wanted to do only what made him comfortable, but didn't want any drastic measures. They would usually give us vaccines, cut his nails, treat ear infections, etc -- but nothing else. Then a young female vet started there, and we immediately bumped heads. She wanted to put the dog on a special diet, diagnosed him with a whole host of (previously undiagnosed) conditions, and most importantly, wanted him to see a canine optometrist for eye surgery. I thought this sounded like a ridiculous scam, and that surgery would likely kill him. I told her so, and left the practice.Imagine my surprise when my next vet told me the same thing (re: the eyes -- everything else she did was, apparently, a bit overboard and unnecessary) and sent us to the same optometrist she recommended! It turns out, surgery was the best option -- not to "improve" and "condition", but to keep him comfortable, which was our only goal for this dog. Surgery did not kill him, and from his behavior and appearance since, I can tell he is much happier now with his new and improved eyes. He's even regained a little eyesight! So I'd like to apologize to this young vet. It turns out, on the issue of eye surgery, she was correct. I still won't be returning to this clinic, as we are moving anyways, and I do believe her treatment plan overall was aggressive and not in line with our goals for the dog -- but I don't think that people should avoid this clinic or that vet, especially for younger or sicker animals.

I visited this clinic yesterday and I want to say how amazing Dr. Anderson is. She helped my pet feel so much better and not only did she just give him medications, but she explained what was going on and why he was so itchy. The visit wasn’t cheap but they didn’t overprice anything at all! For what he got it would have cost way more at my old vet. I definitely will make this clinic my home clinic. Thank you guys!!

I was looking for a vet in the Galleria area and decided to give Memorial Veterinary Clinic a try, based on their location and great reviews. I was able to get my dog in to see the vet within 1 day, the staff (especially the nurse and vet) were extremely nice and helpful and they are fairly priced for their services. My dog is really attached to me and generally doesn't feel comfortable around new people, but she warmed up to the staff quickly and seemed at ease the entire time. I’m so glad I found this vet and will definitely be back for all of my vet needs in the future.

LOVE this place! Staff was welcoming and so nice to talk to! Office is clean and space is very functional and accommodates all patients well. I’ve switched over from a vet I’ve had for 8 years who charged way too much and never fixed the reoccurring problems I’ve had with my dog. Dr. Anderson was a wealth of information. She told me things about my dog’s condition that the other vet didn’t even mention over the last five years since the problem. She gave me an aggressive plan to get my dog healthy.I’ve see. 2 other doctors in the practice and all have been so good. I love chatting with the sweet staff. I highly recommend memorial veterinarian clinic!

I love Memorial Veterinary Clinic so much. All the vets and staff are so sweet with my nervous older dog. I think we have seen all the vets at this point and each one take the time to make her comfortable. I will probably continue to drive to this clinic even once I move to a different area of Houston.
