Yes, Adrienne Parker did an excellent job working with me to resolve a lock-out issue with my Citrix desktop.
While it was a lengthy effort to resolve, we both learned near the end of our call, there may have been a simultaneous issue with Citrix being down at the time.
Adrienne was very professional, helpful and empathetic knowing I needed access. Adrienne also demonstrated her deep knowledge trying all possible resolutions until we finally achieved success.
I had no recurring issues across the remainder of my atypical remote workday.
One of the best tech support calls ever and I've had a few across my career to judge what a great experience it was working with Adrienne!
Nothing but kudos and thanks to Adrienne for her great support!
