I went in for an upgrade because my phone was getting really slow, and this young lady named Liana helped me out and even gave me a great discount. She even gave me a great deal on my case and glass. Definitely coming back.

I was having problems with my phone so I went across the street from where I stay to the metro by t mobile store to see if someone could help me figure out what to do with my phone to solve the problem ,well a pretty young lady named Celeste p came to my rescue she knew just what to do,she quickly figured out the problem and walked me through the process showing me step by step how to operate my phone,I'm not good with computers or cell phones I'm an old school type of guy she was very patient and took the time to show me what I needed to do,thank you so much Celeste your the best,and thank you metro t mobile I'm forever a loyal customer to you I have never gotten such great service from any other store,I highly recommend you to this store and all who work there,thanks again Celeste and metro t mobile from a very satisfied customer I even feel like your a great friend ,even family,j,yours truly john breshears

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is NEVER open..when they are, they don't want to help you unless you're there to buy something. Not to mention their prices are higher than any metro down 249. I'm wondering why is this store isn't permanently closed yet? Close the place down they are robbing customers and they close at any time of the day.
