Their customer service SUCKS!!! Maria, Janice, and David do not know how to help someone that is Blind. Maria and David sold my friend a phone that doesn't announce calls or numbers. Maria said the phone would do that. We went back yesterday and the Janice refused to reactivate her old phone and told us to go to the Corporate office. I asked for the number and Janice said there were 2 numbers but she wasn't sure if they were right or wrong. Well it turns out the Corporate office at 7330 Southwest Freeway is Temporary Closed. Why in the world would she send us to a Location that is closed!!! This is ridiculous!!! Before I forget it was an upgrade phone so there is No Refund. My issue is they sold her a phone that doesn't work for her. They took advantage of her.

They are doing the most important thing right, being nice to everyone who walks in the door. Their customer service is awesome ?. My first visit I wasn't really interested in purchasing a phone but I was killing time until my ride arrived. The gentleman behind the counter decided to see what my phone needs were and suggested several options that suited my personal needs. Although I didn't qualify for any of the special deals, I did decide to upgrade my phone. (there's always a catch they don't tell you about in the commercials). Another great thing I loved the sales person actually set up the phone for me instead of simply putting it in the bag and sending me on my way. Second visit the same excellent service and experience on the internet device. The only negative is I am now paying more money than my old carrier. However it was money well spent on great customer service.
