Do not go to this place, as the will add extra lines to your plan without your consent and saying that the new line will go away in a month. I repeat do not go to this place

I had a terrible service, I went to pay my bill and they added another line to my account without authorization, and now I have the line suspended and they did not want to give me an answer when I went to complain, do not go to this store, they are going to add lines without your consent

Here they are the worst. They make one payment and they don't give you a receipt. And you ask them and they don't have paper and they can't do anything to help you.

My 1 star for bad customer services from the (1 800) representatives today 2/14/2023 I spent 4 hours driving back and forth trying switch and keep my number to a different carrier.Phone quality are very poorand upgrades for existence customers are badThe only reason I will give 5 stars is because (Kevin)he help me as much he cans working with those slow phones representativeand2 stars for for Gabi I believe her name was for help me at the start but getting tired at the end( no wanting to give personal information need for the switch, pretty sure she forgot that she is getting pay to do her job)Invest in Good phone instead of wasting your money in those bad made cheap phone.JC
