This location should be closed down. They close an hour before their actual closing time. Nothing good to say about this location at all.

I went to this place a couple of months ago to make some changes to my phone line and they put a high security password without my consent and without notifying me, now I can't make any changes to my account because they didn't tell me which password they put.

Terrible customer service. I felt like I was being ripped off. Went to another metro pcs and was told a different thing and lower price. I think its just the employees. Also the employee wasn’t wearing a mask. Go to a different location.

I went into this location to pay my phone bill and I was told by the guy behind the counter that their system was down. I went back the next day and a young lady behind the counter told me that their system was down. So I replied " Still?" She asked what did I mean "still?" I explained to her about the previous day when I was told the same thing. That's when the guy from the previous day intervened and told a flat out lie to the young lady, who I'm assuming must have been the manager, telling her that he never said that. The argument spilled outside to the parking lot where the security guard had to stop us from fighting. Honestly I was going to let the employee, who followed me outside to fight, assault me so I could have let the police and my lawyer handle it.$$$ This location should be shut down.

Store sign says it opens at 10am the employee who opens the store gets there at 10:05 then instead of taking care of his customers that have been waiting he starts to set up their light canopy. People don't care about their customer's time this is poor business relationship.

Worst customer service went to pay my bill and they want exact change because they can't even give you 7$ in change back have no money in the till how can you run a business like this had to go to different location ridiculous
