Me and my wife have had multiple issues with a guy named Michael. Today we tried paying her phone bill but he kept trying to sell her something she didn’t want and when we tried paying he said he didn’t have 5 dollars for change but kept looking inside his drawer and laughed. The first time we didnt pay her phone bill and he said the number was lost and she would have to get another phone and new number since he claimed her phone was locked but another guy gave us a number we can call to get her same number back. Another time i tried paying her phone bill i asked if he could bypass the system since he’s done it before but this time he laughed at me and said it will take him about 1 hr to do that he is slimy and is only trying to get the sale we are having to go to a different location because he wants to difficult with us. And he is always on his ear bud to talk to someone and telling us our account is always blocked or locked and some how it always a different issue. Michael is still there new issue went to pay a phone bill i had 4 dollars in quarters it was the last i had he said he wouldn’t take it I said the other store took them he said well then you can go to the other store then and if management ever reads these he needs to be fired and never rehired and i do have the quarters issue recorded.

Michael was really helpful with me, he told me all the prices and recommended me which phones I should have for me and my family.
Usually at Metro by T Mobile store representatives are in a hurry and don’t attend us but Michael was really really helpful and he also gave me a free speaker

So I worked here and saw how the restaurant functioned, the hygiene here is not good. I was told to serve a drink, so I went to go fill the cup, and inside the big dark freezer on the floor, was a pot where the juice was at. That's where I saw that it was halfway closed and when I went to open it it had many bugs . When I went and served it to a customer, the owner quickly went to go put a lid on it, because It was supposed to have a lid on it and I had forgotten to put one. So the customer wouldn't see the drink. Also if you are underage and would want to work here don't do it. there are a lot of men that come here young and old and some are creepy. My family and I used to dine here after that experience we don't anymore. I remember getting tacos here before that terrible experience and they weren't great. I suggest going to a Mexican food truck where you can get good tacos. Some food truck recommendations are "taqueria La morenita" and "taqueria Charlie"
