There’s always a problem when i go there was a indian girl she changed the plan after i told her not to and she did it and the tablet was not working even tho she charged me extra money for the cheaper plan and she was rude and i hade to pay extra there qas always a problem she is eude and disrespectful and the serviceis awful

They are thieves I paid my bill and left I got.so.busy paying other bills.and shopping for my parents I forgot.to.go.back to ask what happened. Usually after i pay it shows up on my phone but today it didnt.but will be there tomorrow with the police they better get it straight. I dont take.stealing lightly.
Next time.i.go.i.want all my receipts or.im not.paying nothing!!!!

So I called for my mom who is elderly on 02/06/24. She was wondering why they were charging her 60.00 at this location but her bill showed 40 when they would send the payment receipt. Mind you she was suppose to had been upgraded in January to the 55.00 plan so with 5.00 in store fee it should have been 60. But to my surprise after speaking with a representative on the phone one of the workers in the store put a tablet in my mom's name and kept the item and lied to her charging her an extra 10 on her bill for something she didn't have. Thinking because she is elderly she's an easy target. They need to be sued People check your accounts and your elderly family members.

I recently (June 2021) went to this location and I am so glad I did.Some people enjoy being treated like a customer and have things sold to them by fake, pushy sales reps, but I prefer to be treated as friend or as a family member and that is exactly how I felt when Odalys helped me select a new device within my limited budget and switch from Boost mobile. (I showed up at 7:35 and they close at 8:00 and still I did not feel feel rushed nor did I get the stank look when you show up right before closing time.)Odalys was genuinely friendly, honest, and well-informed about the products and plans at Metro PCS.. She asked a couple of pertinent questions about my phone usage and requirements and showed me a couple viable options.Let me say that I could not be happier with my new phone, plan, and with my experience.Thanks again, Odalys!!!

If I can give this place no stars I would my mother went in yesterday to pay her and my siblings phone bill and the lady took her money and put it on someone else account basically paid another person bill with her money DON’T GO HERE

Boyfriend and I went in there to get a cell phone replacement and the workers were very fast and friendly. Even put in a job application and I’ve been trying to get ahold of the store to see if there is an update but no one has answered :/
Other than that, this store is amazing!
