I do not recommend this location. I financed a phone from them mid September. I got insurance on the phone and all of that. I just found out today that the insurance that I paid for last month was removed. I then called to ask about that and was told that the insurance if I was to purchase it today would not cover the phone. This was after I called/visited another Metro PCS near my job. I was then told to call 611 where she assured me that because I purchased the insurance, that I can go into any Metro PCS store and the insurance would be put on my phone and that it would be covered. There was no need for me to have to go through all of this for something that I paid for last month.

Regarding girls costumer service I had not complains..like costumer Jennifer she provide a great service, help and support..BUT the two boys teenagers that were today (02/17/2022)they gave the worst costumer service that I ever received, I advice to put people in charge of you business that be responsable and work focused in the costumer solving problem, they don't pay attention when you talk, not listening, not even looking to your eyes...just watching their phones, behaving to do nothing, like they wish you leave the shop asap, so can continue paying attention to the phone and chatting, they dont really care about the people, no even a basic education or attendance to deal with any person, they don't even talk, you have to pull the words from their mouth to push them to be attended..i call this THE MUTE COSTUMER SERVICE..you call to the shop and they say that they can't do anything by phone...then you drive to the shop for 10 miles and when you arrive they say that you need to call for costumer service.. the worst of the worst, planning to switch to other company who really care the people.

These people are rude & disrespectful to our senior citizens. My father went in to look for a new phone & when he asked for help they completely ignored him. They are lucky I was not there! I just want whoever did not care to asset my father to know KARMA is very real.

This is the worst service pervader I have ever had! Can't finish one phone call with out the call dropping. My wife had problems at day one and after 4 days I haven't had a complete call work. Don't try to save money with them, it will cost you a broken phone from throwing it across the room after you 3rd try to complete one phone conversation. Wish I never switched service to them! I would understand more if I was In the country or hills, but I'm in town 3 min from the store and can't get more then 2 bars. What a wast! Should change there name from metro pcs to metro pos!

I brought headset at thus store less than 10 days ago. The headset came apart. When I arrived back today the young lady told me that they couldn't replace them because her boss wouldn't let her. I then ask for her bosses email and she told me that she couldn't give out his information. Wow, keep the cheap headsets. They then charged me 25.00 again.s
