However; it is impossible to call the store, because they will not answer the telephone, let me repeat that fact "They will not answer the phone. That in itself is extremely poor customer service. This is what makes customer seek other providers, actually I'm looking for another provider that will answer the phone with consumer questions that can't come to the store due to being at work. Management needs to call the store from a phone line that they will not connect to T-Mobil.
