My handicap mother has to deal with this store scamming her by getting her to buy things she doesn't need. First time she was conned into buying a tablet and didn't get the deal she was told. They let her return it but just this week they said her phone had a virus and tricked her unto buying another phone. Once she figures out she was conned, she was told it's too late this time and she couldn't get a refund. She's finally learned her lesson and will be going to another provider soon if issue doesn't justifiably get fixed.

Unprofessional. Came in and saw a lil girl just eating by the cashier like it’s nothing talking on the phone with her Spanish friends she kept looking but doesn’t ask me if I need help . She had ugly attitude like how she look . And the rest of the people look slow also this place needed to shut down

Reality this location does not deserve a star you're being forced to give one my experience with this location was very bad and should not be in business since every time but I go in there they have no change for you to get change back from paying your bill to not go there go some other location where they have the means to be able to give you change in return of you paying your service that is very bad for business

Only come to this location if it is your last resort of a store. I was at this store yesterday helping my brother pay his bill and these people changed his plan without his consent then want to be rude about it when I'm needing them to explain. Horrible METROPCS location!

I don't like t-mobile because I don't have a signal in my house, I say with all confidence that they don't go to the metro, they go to another place because having 5G won't help you and that they give you a Wi-Fi model and that A month It no longer works and they tell you to pay 100 Dolores when they gave it to us for free, mind you, I don't recommend it

This store has bad service, my uncle went today to get his transfer pin and account number. They came out with the fact that they did not give that information since customer service told me that they could help me when my uncle came home I called the store more than 13 f...ing calls and they never answered what is the point of having a phone and do not answer
