If I could give zero stars I would. I came in here to switch companies and keep my same number. Still left the store with a new number. The service that I asked for I did not get and the Internet and phone service is extremely horrible on top of that. She gave me a tablet and said it was free, but somehow it was added onto my bill when I talked to customer service over the phone, what I was charged in the store did not show up on my Account. They are scammers they are liars and they are thieves

Very bad and liars people. I went there to switch my phone and they added about 28$ extra monthly fees to my account without notice, and before that, they sold me Samsung phone they told me it’s brand new but it stopped working after two days. Those guys are liars and fake people. I want to go with another phone company because of this store.

Bad experience. They sold me a Nokia C210 phone and it's totally fine. Mmmadre, I went to another business from the same company and they told me that the phone was 4 g and that it would continue to be slow on the internet, they never explained the TICK that they treated me.
