Hector was absolutely fantastic! He is extremely knowledgable, courteous, very friendly, patient, and provides excellent customer service! He definitely needs to be recognized and promoted to management. He is a tremendous asset to your company!

Went to the store on Chimney Rock and the associate there was unhelpful and sent me here instead to avoid doing his job. Amy at this location was so helpful and got my problem resolved quickly. She was very kind as well. I would recommend this store because of her and they are lucky to have her working here!
