Went to the store on Chimney Rock and the associate there was unhelpful and sent me here instead to avoid doing his job. Amy at this location was so helpful and got my problem resolved quickly. She was very kind as well. I would recommend this store because of her and they are lucky to have her working here!

Be careful here. They change your plan without even telling you and then act like they're doing you a great service. I had had the same plan for several years. Went into get my new phone added and somehow I start getting text messages that I'm running out of data. My plan covers unlimited data so when I called customer service they said I was no longer on that plan. That had been changed when I added the new phone. And they never told me they changed my plan I have. had i not been getting these messages about data God knows how much it would have cost me. but because I was able to call customer service and make them change it back I didn't get charged for all the data I had used.

My family has been using Metro by T-Mobile service and this particular store on South West freeway. Today my husband bought a new phone and the store associate told him that they can't transfer the apps and info from his old phone to the new one because the wires have been removed. He was told to do it manually. This is ridiculous because who has man hours to spend transferring info that could have taken less than 30 mins. This is the phone he uses to work and this made him lose orders for hours. This is unacceptable. I don't think with technological advancement we should be caught doing things manually. Time is money and Metro needs to do better.
