I went to this location on December 13th and Ronald helped me out. He was great! He had answers to all my questions and was very helpful. I will be coming back to this location for anything in the future! Thank you Ronald. You are truly the best! 10 outta 10!!!!

I went to pay my phone bill, the guy offered me another WiFi box ok cool,I get home he had already cut my WiFi off from the store! I go into my home all my electronics were off without him asking me! And I call 611 come to find out that guy had charged me $14.43
for insurance I didn’t ask for! Straight took my money without my consent! So 611 gave me a credit! I wanted my money! Something that should’ve never happened!Thats ridiculous! Lesson learned Ty Now I’m paying close attention to my account, everything else! Bcuz my info is new I gave them ! My wifi been tripping since I left there! So now someone is stealing my WiFi ! I don’t even use it like this! This is ridiculous.! I’m not even home to use this WiFi and it’s being used! A lady at another Metro pcs told me to report it ! Because that’s an employee doing this!! So today I see a change I hope it stay that away Ty Meto pcs.

As a long time customer, I must say Jonathan Definitely brings life to the store! I have always enjoyed my experiences at this store, but since Johnathans arrival, this store has exceeded my expectations of a phone store. Johnathans always very knowledgeable about all products and has the best customer service I've ever experienced. And all though I have moved nearer to a different store, I will continue to do my service needs at this particular store.

It's been twice that boy turn off I A small young man charges me for Mas Asta asks me for money for sodas he says that's a scam if you don't Leda numka teda the change he charges for everything it's like extortion I pay 140 he always charges me 180 175 But what it takes away from me is that we are about to put the police in charge because it is not fair that they rob them like this

So yesterday I go inside the store and the manager of this store deliberately had my phone turned off because I wasn't able to get the box the internet box I'm so disappointed I may even switch services today I made the switch to phone different phone company today because of what the manager did at the store you get mad at me because I didn't get a box and you switching my due date my phone was off and thank God I had my other phone to make a phone call to call Metro to get my phone turned back on because I just got out of the hospital my family was worried about me that thought something that happened to me because they couldn't get in contact with me because my phone was off because he deliberately changed my due date my due date is due on the 3rd you know why I know it's still on the 3rd that's when I get my check and he messed up my services so I'm going back up to the store today today is Tuesday the 27th and MetroPCS told me to call them when I get to the store so they can talk to him he is absolutely wrong for what he did and he should be fired if there is someone over him he needs to be fired for what he did all because I didn't want I was not qualified to get the service and he got upset with me and changed my due date but he will see me today and I'm going to I'm going to call MetroPCS and he needs to be fired from the store

I am an 8 year customer of Metro with 4 lines. I also live in this area I went in to buy a phone and the one I want was going to come in 3 days later per the said manager. I go in that day and no phone. So then he says 2 days. This guy did not bother to let me know the phone isn't there. Once again they did not have the phone. And let's get real, it's 2023 and anyone can know when an order will arrive. They do not have in stock many of the phones they display. What they do is pull out of their drawer a more expensive phone and try to sell you that. Of course they try to make it appear to be some great deal but it's not. It is shameful they do not value customers and are not forthright in their sales practices.The location at Main and Airline provides great service. They will get phones you want and they make great deals. Different owner!
