I am an 8 year customer of Metro with 4 lines. I also live in this area I went in to buy a phone and the one I want was going to come in 3 days later per the said manager. I go in that day and no phone. So then he says 2 days. This guy did not bother to let me know the phone isn't there. Once again they did not have the phone. And let's get real, it's 2023 and anyone can know when an order will arrive. They do not have in stock many of the phones they display. What they do is pull out of their drawer a more expensive phone and try to sell you that. Of course they try to make it appear to be some great deal but it's not. It is shameful they do not value customers and are not forthright in their sales practices.The location at Main and Airline provides great service. They will get phones you want and they make great deals. Different owner!

clerk recommended that I buy a sim card that I did not need. I wasted $10, and I'm now the proud owner of a completely useless Sim card

Excelent service, but Metro doesn't allow yo to use the phones with others companies lines, and their phone lines with other equipments neither.

Received the best customer service I have ever had at a cell phone store. From ALI.. very attentive to customers needs and expectations and exceeded above and beyond . Will be recommending to everyone I know.

After I lost my SIM card they said that they could not provide me with a SIM card and that I would need to buy a new phone. They lied and said "Metro PCS does not provide new SIM cards without a new phone purchase". I then went to the Shepard drive location and easily got a new SIM card $10. This location tried to rip me off and force me to buy a new phone when it was unnecessary.
