Went there yesterday to get my old device switched to my new device. Faadi was working there. I had two people in front of me but loved how he handled the first customer. Customer was annoyed at first but left satisfied. When it came to me Faadi took the time to get my new phone activated. It took some time but he called around to get assistance on it since my new device was not cooperating at first. I had to come back to the store about 2 to 2.5 hrs later because as I was in the process of smart switching my info from my old device to my new device, my device ended up locking and I did not create a pin code for it at all so I went back to the store and Faadi helped me with that. He called for assistance but they were no help so he did a factory hard reset and he was able to get my phone unlocked for me. Luckily, I didn't have anything of importance on my phone since it was only a couple hrs old. I just want to say thank you again Faadi for taking the time to ensure I was helped. He definitely goes above and beyond to help the customers that come in. He's a guy that will work with you and make sure you're able to leave satisfied.
