This TRASH STORE IS A JOKE.They gave me device upgrade after I explicitly told them it was just a phone purchase. Now I cant return the phone after purchase. This store and its employees are jokes. Look at the location of the store and its surroundings, There is a reason why theres one worker and a half abadoned strip.GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICEI dont want a refund anymore, its clear to me he failed his parents in becoming a doctor so now hes behind the counter of a Metro PCS. Its all good!NOTE: Look at their automated response below, they dont care. My review has nothing to do regarding time. They are clueless.

Went in yesterday to get an a new smartphone for my son and I was deceived. They got the right one because until my issue is resolved I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division, the BBB, the local news stations, and whatever consumer protection organizations I can. First, I was hesitant to go in because the store turns out to be in the middle of the hood with drug addicts and other unsavory characters walking around, but the next Metro PCS is about 15 minutes away. So anyway, when we go in the guy immediately shows us an iPhone 14 (with only like 156 GB storage) and says they have a deal where you can get the phone for $450 today and 6 months on a $60 plan. Having spent well over $1,000 for my 14 Pro with 512 GB, the deal seemed too good to be true even for a 14 with so little storage. I tell him the budget for a phone is only $300 and ask for cheaper options. He tells me he can get it done for me for $350 and so I agree to up the budget. He then says we can take a seat and he's going to put in a case for us and activate it. When he finished up he handed the phone to my son as it was for him and at the time, I didn't think much of it. But when we got home (looking at the back with only two cameras) I realized that the phone was an iPhone 11 and it only has 64 GB. ONLY 64!!!! So he basically lied to me and did a bait and switch. We returned to the store today to demand our money back as the store was closed by the time I realized what he had done yesterday. Well, the guy Anas was not there. However, the employee that was there, Sofia (if that's even his real name), was of no help and had a demeanor that he didn't give one sh-t. He basically tried to accuse me of lying about Anas switching the phone to an iPhone 11 from the iPhone 14 he showed us. He also stated I should have known it wasn't an iPhone 14 before I left the store. Yes, maybe I should have checked myself before we left the store, and my son is young and just moving from an Android to an iPhone. He he really doesn't know the difference like I would, which is why I think Anas gave the phone directly to him once he activated it. My son was just super excited to get an iPhone finally. But I am not a liar and I don't appreciate Sofia's suggestion that I lied or his nonchalant attitude about it all. I will be back tomorrow when Anas is in but I'm also calling corporate or the owner of this authorized dealer because both employees do not know the first thing about customer service. It's one thing to deceive me but when you deceive my child you really messed up.

Q and Lillian are super helpful and a great team! They both had my best interest in mind from the moment stepped through the door. Which is a huge relief due to fact of finding them from running away from the TMobile store on Southmore where I felt attacked and alienated.They helped me with why I came plus helped me with things that didn't realize was an option for me- now paying less with more features :) THANKFULL

On 4/15/23 I went into the store, I needed to retrieve a puk number in order to get the sim lock off. The store clerk on duty tried telling me that I need to buy a new SIM card for $20, when the information I needed was readily available to him, after he pulled my acct. up. This was my worst experience I've ever seen, or been involved. I won't be visiting this store anymore.
