Salesperson got upset because I wasn't interested in buying a new phone. Then got upset because I wouldn't add a new line. As I was leaving he says your phone is going to break. I get home and he had my service disconnected, he reported my phone stolen!

When I tell you to not go here please trust me. I lost 115 for trusting a male employee who said I could get an internet line without a phone line . Just for me to try to pay my bill and find out he gave me an invalid number to access without my name attached and just added me on someone else’s account that now put my 50$ bill at 178$ . The owner himself could never directly speak to me about this issue only via employee but wanted me to come in only on days he was there to ask the questions he could’ve called me about. I went two different times and still received no contact from him. His only offer was to give me a 25 refund from what I spent since I missed a 14 day refund window that I wasn’t told about and was promised I would be emailed or texted a receipt but didn’t get that either. The only help was the girls who rotate stores and had no clue but did their best. Even my mom had something similar happen where they just added her on a whole strangers account but was luckily able to see the extra charges on her end before she had to pay her bill. Don’t trust these people they are definitely trying to make a sale for their own benefit.

Terrible service just today at 6:00 pm the woman who served us seemed like she was scolding us, we went to change my son's cell phone and she asked my son with an annoyed face, where did you get it from? 😣 my son responded on Amazon and half smiled. Bad experience

the woman didn’t know what the hell she was doing and didn’t speak English I told her I didn’t know Spanish well and she still didn’t help me and I had one more day to pay and she told me I couldn’t pay till tomorrow but every other metro has always let me pay a day before she’s clearly new and didn’t have a clue what she was doing didn’t even help me she looked high or something terrible service never going back there …
