Got there 10 min before closing and they locked the doors and wouldn’t let me in to pay my bill. Would not recommend them as a carrier.

Disappointing service. Employee was not able to take my payment because she was activating a phone? I’m so confused as why she thinks she can ask me to come back.

Worst service ever they care less about the clients plus the sales rep are just putting their make up on when they are about to closed JUST GO WITH ANOTHER CARRIER HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH METRO PCS ESPECIALLY THESE TWO LOCATIONS TELEPHONE AND LAWNDALE

Poor customer service. The worst unless of course they know you. The girl that helped my husband and I refused to set up our phones twice until I got off and told her what if I have an emergency. Bad representation of Metro PCS across the board. I will be calling corporate and their manager to let them know. Don’t know why they hire lazy people who don’t want to work and are rude and unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever!!! Do not go there. Store hours state 8pm on door. Got there at 740 and their door was locked. They looked at me and shook their head!! I pointed at the store hours and the time on my phone and still nothing. Three of them were there. Two girls one guy and they all didn't bother to help. Go somewhere else they don't care about their customers!!

This was the best experience we've had a Metro store. The staff was friendly and worked together to solve the issues we were having with switching from another carrier. Shout out to the all-women staff! Lupe, Sarai and even the owner were all friendly and prompt. I'll only go here from now on!!

This is the worst service pervader I have ever had! Can't finish one phone call with out the call dropping. My wife had problems at day one and after 4 days I haven't had a complete call work. Don't try to save money with them, it will cost you a broken phone from throwing it across the room after you 3rd try to complete one phone conversation. Wish I never switched service to them! I would understand more if I was In the country or hills, but I'm in town 3 min from the store and can't get more then 2 bars. What a wast! Should change there name from metro pcs to metro pos!
