This place is horrible. They need to be investigated. They Lie they try to get you to pay cash the pocket money it’s just a lot of crooked things going on at this store. I went in to upgrade a phone on my account that I had for the last eight years by the time I left something told me to call customer service he changed and started me me a whole new account like I was a brand new customer. I’ve been on a plan for four lines with prime $122 for years I mean years he changed my plan to $$177 I’ll go to Verizon or T-Mobile their self before I pay $177 at MetroPCS like be for real their fraud they lie they try to tell you a Sim card is $30 but when I call 611 they said if you’re not changing your number and you’re just getting a Sim card it’s supposed to be for free. I went to another MetroPCS and got my SIM card for free. I don’t even know how this place is still up, but they know to come to this area and play those games they wouldn’t dare go to any other area and play those games because they would’ve been shut down. Every time I go to the store somebody’s in there, complaining about somebody changing their account, overcharging them changing their bill plan they think all black ppl dumb That’s why they play those games over here and not in the suburban areas because they would’ve been sued and they can get away with it over here Is it sad people coming into pay their bill or just to upgrade their phone and you come out with your whole account changed and paying way more for your cell phone bill than you were paying originally so the best thing you can do is not deal with MetroPCS and just go directly to T-Mobile Verizon AT&T not MetroPCS especially not any of the locations On Scott Bellfort mlk I think they are related got to be just scamming away you guys gotta call 611 and report these stores when they do stuff like that and let them know and speak to supervisor so they can report it and document and if they ever do anything like that call 611 they will get you straight reverse anything that they did just like that because going to them and trying to get them to fix what they did they’re either at another store they want you to come back or they can’t do anything that’s the game they play after just doing a day full of scamming they don’t show up the next day because they know people gonna come in looking for them and then they want to tell you go to another store where they’re at to get the issue fixed just for them to call and let them know You’re on the way

1 star because there's No thumbs down button. Be very careful going here they add alot of extra fees then lie and say that's the price. I called customer service while in the store and got a full walk out price that was put on my account
$167 plus tax and first month to bring my own number. He saw the notes on the account and he showed me. Then tells me $221 267 with a case. Then told me this is the best deal I should take it SCAMMER!!!!!!! I will never come to this location ever again.

April 2nd at 2:30 p.m. the little young guy wanted me to pay him $40 to unlock my phone this is a crime and for senior citizens went to the location on MLK no charge and very professional belford location needs to close down the way they treat people very rude and slick talking is this how Metro treat their customers I've been with you all for 7 years you need to watch who you employ

This is the store in Bellfort next door to the beauty supply store and Citi trends the customer service is horrible they refused to refund me my money for a in home wife called the hint that does not even service at my address. Then when I ask them why they done this they start talking they Arab language where you can’t understand what they are saying. I suggest NOONE do business at this location cause all they are doing is ripping you off and taking your money, you go to one store online thing is one price and at they store it’s another price so they can pocket the money and keep giving bad customer service. Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I was treated like a family member. I was robbed a month ago. I came into this store just to see what they might do for me. I only had X dollars that my brother had wired me. AK and "47" were in the shop. They worked out a deal for me and I got THE LATEST new ?phone in my budget. AK even through in a nice phone case and home charger NO CHARGE. I'm a senior citizen and they treated me like I was their uncle. I love ❤️ my new Samsung A14 5g. It's phenomenal ? I can't say how thankful I am. ? I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I went there the other day and I have a phone and they said I have an upgrade to get a new phone or iPad but since I've been dealing with them and they've been knowing me for a while my bill was $70 for my phone and for my tablet but now they made it where I can help my phone and my tablet for $50 plus the $5 fee for coming in but if you pay online it'll only be $50 I think that was a very nice deal to have a tablet and a phone for $50 cuz I know people that pay $75.80 bucks or 100 bucks you know but thanks MetroPCS oh and I hope I win at 6 months of free service which I have signed up for.
