I visited this store yesterday on 3/7/25 because the first place I went to wasn't helpful at all and I left very unhappy. When I arrived to the store at 16272 Imperial valley Miriam and Lisbeth made me enjoy every moment. They were very knowledgeable and welcoming. And I left feeling fully satisfied with a new phone and service the whole process and they made my day super work. Thank you Miriam & Lisbeth for your service. 10 Stars in my book

The lady activated my phone and charged me 55$ I left the store it was passed closing time which was at 8 I drove 8 mins and received a receipt that said thanks for your payment of 28$ I paid 55$ the lady charged me more than what the receipt says that store has thefts don’t go here

At the beginning it was really hard to hear the employee attending me, the music was sooooo laud for a portion of our interaction. Which wasn’t her fault, it was her coworker who had it like that. Her coworker was also very unprofessional, she had a call on speaker for everyone to hear where vulgar things were said between her and the person on the other line. I feel like that type of call can wait till at least costumers are out. The only reason I gave two stars was for the employee who helped me, she was very kind, professional, and helpful.

Today in the day aug 4 ,2024 I stopped in to see a old co-worker to buy a phone she wasn’t their but Some lady claiming she was in charge was extremely rude I don’t know what the problem was but it was extremely unprofessional and rude shooting in front of other guest I hope she’s not the manager because her decorum was appalling I believe her name was Maria Espinoza
