Phone doesn’t work phone was paid in cash in store and they claim it got paid and money was applied to balance and it was not,still has not ,I need a response asap before I get law enforcement involved

I've never had any problems with Metro T-Mobile, but at this store, we got ripped off! A worker there stole our money by lying to us that the plan was already paid for, but it wasn't true! He never even put it in, I moved the payment to the other one and now they demand that I pay $500 And they did NOT offer us any solution for our money!!!!

Mr. Shaq was informative the dealer and also manager over the details on how to properly operate the phone and getting my number transfer account settled he even taught me a few things in some of the technological advancements having a phone of this particular one which is the T-Mobile house own phone thanks Man

Maria helped me... She was knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and very helpful. I was in and out with a brand new phone in all of about twenty five minutes.
The store was clean, organized, and had the vibe of professionalism, especially with an employee like Maria.
I left here completely satisfied and I would recommend anyone who isn't tech savvy but needs a new cell phone to visit this location.
