Aracely is the most unprofessional and rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. Customer Service told us to go to any store to purchase the phone and pay $30 and that's it. The notes where in system. She basically said they can't tell us what to charge it will be $95 here. We left and called customer service and they said that store needs better sales ppl who know how to communicate with clients. This person's needs to be talked too on customer service!!

Came close to closing due to me getting off work late and they locked the door and before I was time to closed and walked to the back once they said me outside. Guess metropcs hours on here are incorrect.

When I went to Metro pcs with the employees there they were liars they sold me a 4G phone without tell me it was a 4G phone.Also, they didn't really explain about the ACP program help for the internet the right way. This Metro pcs is so unprofessional none of the workers there doesn't know what they are doing. Don't go to that Metro Pcs.I wouldn't go to that one because the guy told us get out of my store and don't come back .

This MetroPCS location is one of the worst I've ever been to. I've had horrible customer service experiences everytime I've visited. If you need to get anything done you're better off calling customer support. They've been very helpful and more often than not solve any issues within minutes. At this store you're not going to get anything done. I've been accused of lying about promotion rebates and told to wait 30 days to get help with a device replacement which is when the return policy ends. The employees aren't necessarily rude, but they also aren't very helpful.

They have very limited options as far as their phones go. They do not carry flagship phones of any major brand. On the bright side they offer package options with their phone plans. For example their $60 unlimited plan comes with Amazon prime. More often then not you can also get a free phone when you start or add a line with them. I have gotten 2 free phones so far both priced at over $100. If you are looking for a decent mid-low level phone with average service and multiple incentives. This is a great place for you. If you want the latest and greatest Samsung or iPhone with high-speed or 5g service, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

The store does not know guidelines. Sold a SIM card knowing I didn’t had the phone with me. Called the customer care just to find out I needed the original phone to get it activated by phone.

Andy, Adii & Umar assisted me with buying a new phone today after having the same one for three years. They seemed eager to help, very polite, and alerted me of options I didn't know I had. They were totally professional and I think this was probably my best experience at this location.

I don’t really like to put bad reviews unless I have too. Usually my dad goes and pays for his phone bill. A few days ago I went with him to buy him a new phone and pay his bill. We were just looking at the phones and a young lady asked if we needed help. I told her yes but to give us a few since we were looking at the phones. Then out of nowhere an older lady came at us to strong. I told what we were there for and she just kept being to pushy and literally wanted us to get the phone SHE wanted us to buy. It was awkward and uncomfortable. We couldn’t shop for a phone in peace.
