This place is a joke. Poor service. The associates are argumentative and combative. Even the owner shirks responsibility. When they are wrong they will not admit fault and try to pass blame of the issue onto the customer. I will never use MetroPCS again. I suggest anyone who does go to a different location.

This location never opens on its hours it says that it's open at 10:00 here it is 11:00 and they're still closed every time I come to this location they're never opened at the time that they're supposed to open they need to change their hours.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid full price for a "supposedly new phone" when I got home I inspected it and found out it was a used phone with bumps and scratches around the phone. At least admit that the phone is used. Always inspect phones before buying. The employee was very nice and helpful though.
