Visited the store today and had an absolutely pleasant experience. JENNY was a great help and got me going with no issues when another store was trying to charge me almost $49 more for the same help he provided for less. Highly recommend if JENNY is assisting.

Horrible experience and no customer service what so ever. I came in today to switch phones and boy was it horrible. Two employees working a lady behind the counter and a guy that works there but was painting the place today and then has the nerve to tell me he's not working today lol. This place is a joke not a place of business please save yourself a headache and don't do business here.

I came in today because my phone was broken in I was trying to transfer my service to my new phone in Ms Rosie was very very rude her attitude was so horrible in told me go else where cause she busy I don't recommend any one of color to go here she very racist
