Worst customer service, instead visit total wireless next door they got better deal

My 2 elderly Aunts went to pay their phone bill at this place and they coerced them into buying 2 more phones exactly like the ones they already had. I went back with them to get money back and they said they could not help. These people are so messed up at this place. But hopefully Karma will take care of them.

Needs to be more courteous to your customers don't waste your time it was just two people in the store how hard is it to do two things at once
