This individual named Ali who works here has a bad attitude or needs more training. I brought a cell phone to connect the service and he didn't know what to do. He said that I had to call customer service, so I decided to go to another metro pcs and at the location 419 Hollow Tree Ln the employee named Sakib helped me and connected the cell phone. What he had to do was done with great professionalism. Thumbs up to Sakib and very bad work by Ali.

Sales associate was not very helpful at all when asked information about products didn’t know anything. Didn’t try to find out the answer to any of my questions. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Also, sales associate looked like she was inebriated

On the afternoon of February 5,2024.I walked onto this location;the young man working at that time,approached me as if, I was there to hold up the place.I was asking him for assistance with a phone I had recently purchased.Before I could give him details,he strongly said "we don't do that".After that situation,it was obvious,this location doesn't offer customer service.

Honestly I am so upset. I don’t write reviews just to be a jerk I write them when they are well deserved. When I say I read the exact same thing here as I have also witnessed!!! We walked in (BLACK) not greeted the lady that’s there today 9/30 at 7pm was veryyyyyy rude. I did self service online which she asked me WHY I did. I said it shouldn’t be an option if it’s not a good service she said no i just have to do more when you do that. I ordered two sims I only got to activate one before I realized that my phone was still not on . I received a phone number when registering online which the over the phone agent said I shouldn’t have because it’s new activation. Nonetheless I was told to go in store. This is close to our home we went in and this lady had racism all over her actions I told her the issue immediately she got aggravated as if I was a problem as if she had to do more work to get it done and oh yeah it’s an hour til closing so idk. Every word she says is condescending and rude she finally says she cant help unless I pay $28 extra for each phone because the phone number THEY provided shows a different Imei then my phone I said but I didn’t register that imei thats not mine i never had that phone we go back and forth i stop i say can you just call dealer support she goes to do it and then says shes refusing me service but I was quiet she already didn’t want to service me when I walked in the door. She was super rude from opening the door I get you may not like a certain race but this would definitely be the wrong location for racism.

I when to metro pcs and the young lady that was there had attended to me so nice she help me figure out what was wrong with my phone I love the way she have patients with me to help me i will definitely go back to metro pcs her name is anni ❤️❤️❤️??✅✅thank u so much

I walked into this location seeking to purchase apple iphone. I was treated with awesome customer support from Hispanic guy...he told me I didn't qualify for iphone upgrade however he had a nice samsung 5g phone available. I loved the phone when first saw it and love the camera specs and quality definition.Good customer service and good phone today was a good day .give the guy a raise for his work and dedication.
