3 times I have been swayed by sparkling promotions of other carriers and I have hated the services, hated the phones, or I was screwed over with their contracts. This company doesn't have any schemes, contracts, or hidden agendas. They have done their best with providing great promotions like the 4 lines for $100 and starting new lines and receiving a free device. Those things are extremely important to customers in these times! Husefa at this location has helped many many times whether it was coming back to Metro after making my mistaken choices of other companies, having to replace broken devices, or turning on new tablet lines. I also brought my sister in-law in to him and he helped her start 4 new lines as well with affordable prices and new devices. He's the best! I hope his higher ups see this, and give him a raise! I would recommend Metro PSC and Husefa to help you with all your cellular necessities!

The store does not have a phone and a few months ago I got hit with a fraud alert when trying to buy a phone. As I was purchasing without a phone I had no way to fix the fraud alert because they have no phone. I was lucky enough that a neighboring business allowed me to call my credit card company and I was able to finally purchase a phone with no help from the employees of this Metro by T-Mobile store.On September 17, 2023, I went in to try to get my account transfer pin to change companies and they told me I need to call customer service. Customer service told me there is a department to help you with this matter and then places you on hold indefinitely, meanwhile telling you with a prerecorded message on the hold line for you to go into a store to get your pin with ID.Absolutely ludicrous, unethical in the least and with federal laws governing cell phones this runaround they are engaged in may infact be illegal.Do not do business with Metro by T-Mobile or you will regret that you ever did wen you try to change companies!

The worst experience of my life in a metro store, I went to activate a line and for some reason it couldn't be done, the seller offered us a phone and we told him we didn't want it, the seller got rude and wanted to take me out of the store telling me that the door was open for him to go, the first time I have seen a salesperson who forces customers to buy something for the simple fact that he served us for 10 minutes, the customer is the one who decides, not the salesperson. I think human resources should select more educated personnel.

Unfortunate attention, both the administrator and the employees, they deliver phones with the boxes open, they do not solve absolutely anything, they do not know what a cell phone guarantee is, they are disrespectful, they waste customers' time, I advise people not to attend to this store since they were never able to solve anything for me with the phone that I bought there, I went to the corporate office and there they explained everything to me quickly

We as as customers walked in saw a guy with the sun glassses dark sunglasses vaping we told him we wanted to switch from boost mobile saw another customer and said f us as customers and continue with another customer who was second and we was switching over to metro with an iPhone with an upgrade 2 iPhones 11 upgrade . So his lost.

I've been needing to upgrade because I am always dropping or just not paying attention to what I am doing with the phone. I've put it off time and time again because I am always busy. Today the associate made it pretty easy to upgrade and I am always pleased with their help. Thanks again,Great new phone.PT IV
