Went in to get a tablet activated. The activation fee is $15, but the salesman there charged me $45. $15 for the actual activation and $30 for a "metro screen protector". I would advise you visit another metro store if you want to keep your hard earn money.

This store provides excellent service. My fiancee's phone was stolen and Alejandra gave us great service, above and beyond the call of duty. Even though my fiancee speaks Portuguese, Alejandra was patient, and manually reset her new phone with Facebook, Google, WatsApp ect, etc. Please visit this store and ask for Alejandra!!

This is the worst service pervader I have ever had! Can't finish one phone call with out the call dropping. My wife had problems at day one and after 4 days I haven't had a complete call work. Don't try to save money with them, it will cost you a broken phone from throwing it across the room after you 3rd try to complete one phone conversation. Wish I never switched service to them! I would understand more if I was In the country or hills, but I'm in town 3 min from the store and can't get more then 2 bars. What a wast! Should change there name from metro pcs to metro pos!
