This people are charging $5 extra for $15 bill payment.
Even charging additional charges for nothing during activations and payment

Terribly long wait, I mean like 30 to 45 minutes with only two reps no specials I can’t see why anybody would honestly want to go to T-Mobile or furthermore this location never again

I bought a phone from the young gentleman and experienced excellent service. I came back with my friend and he again was extremely helpful with getting her service. We are both older and was grateful for his expertise and help.

Metro PCS has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Those people in India will lie to you and promise you anything just to get you off the phone. They Will give you a phoney name so you can't call them on their incompetence. Metro PCS apparently hires minimum wage high school dropouts to staff their retail stores. They are only trained to take your money, not solve your problems. I would not even reccomend Metro PCS to that senile old fool who stumbles around 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. LET'S GO BRANDON! This store has poor service and the girl that was behind the register did not acknowledge any of the customers. She stayed on the customer that was there before all the other customers walked in. My suggestion is that you guys need more employees. I had no choice but to choose one star and order supposed to rate but you guys would get no right for me if it was my choice.
