Yessir gonna count his days I paid 453$ in asked to have my phone bill paid on the second month took 453$ out my account just to find out he didn’t do that he just took my money like yessir when I asked to pay my bill in advance what u do with my money ? Do not go here these ppl steal n metro just says call the retailer like they seem to have no control over what these ppl do in the store yessir has gotten away with stealing money from me 2 times

Service was excellent! Fast and friendly. Yasar is very knowledgeable as well. I hate going to cell phone stores due to how slow things move and many times you're not even acknowledged when you come in. This experience was quite the opposite, and I saved a ton of money on my monthly bill. I am super happy! ☺️

I have been with Metro PCS since 2017. I purchased a $1,400 phone from them last year at one of their stores and added protection for the device which I have been paying for a year. My device was damaged and when I filed a claim, they are saying even though I am paying every month, my phone isn't covered. Then they offered me a $60 refund. I have paid over $144 ($12/month) for the device insurance. Metro PCS is fine until you actually have a claim, then they come up with every reason not to replace your phone. They are pulling SCAMS so please be careful.
