The Girls in this store MADE me sign up for a tablet to get a discount. Then didn't give me a tablet, and the next month didn't get the discount. Very shady business practices here. I would recommend any place BUT THIS ONE!!!!!

watch out for this place !!! They sold me a phone as unlocked and it wasn't. When I went to return it, they did not accept the return, they did not let me speak or contact the general manager. Metro has a return policy that can only be done at the store. if the store refuses you are lost. I am in claims with the company.

I like to throw cups of tea across the room. I guess you could say my Tea is Mobile? We've been looking for a new phone service and this is one which we would consider. It seems to be pretty good and the prices aren't bad. The people in here were fairly friendly, but overall it's not really going to save us much more money than Verizon, so the main focal point is to try to save a bunch of the massive bill that we've been getting, so we'll probably be giving it a miss.
