Every time I come, turn off the phone.
Is the same. They change my price.
And I have to come to this same store so they can supposedly change my plan.
Every month it's the same thing and they don't want to give me a receipt for what I pay.
I have to wait more than 20 minutes, nothing.
So to be able to pay the line
Because they change plans every time I come.
