I told the staff at MetroPCS multiple times that I did NOT want a specific phone model — and they still gave me that exact phone. When I realized the mistake, I went back immediately, and now I’m getting the runaround. MetroPCS says it’s a T-Mobile issue, and T-Mobile says it’s on MetroPCS. No one is taking responsibility, and I’m stuck with a phone I didn’t want in the first place. I just want to return it and get what I actually asked for. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Zero accountability, zero help. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Be careful if you pay cash, I went to pay my line and there were two men who seemed to be from Arab countries. My payment was never recorded and the following month they are charging me double because the cash payment was never recorded, they stole the money.

These guys are rip off artists. I came in for a "free phone" (phone supposed to be free when you add on a line to your account), and I bought a "$90 tablet".
What was the total? $280. When I asked why, they lowered it to $250. Then they gave me the phone and tablet, complete with screen protectors and cases that I didn't ask for. I purchase that stuff online cheaper.
Do not go to this location unless you want to be lied to and ripped off

Mr. P.K.
Have been a very nice and kind metro P.C.S. work.
He always hear me out and find the best way to help me out the best way he can.
And I came in and he was training a few people.
And I also see he's good @ multitasking.
And he moved quickly and all the times I came.
When he's there no one wait long.
When I came in today It was 4 of us in metro P.C.S.
Me being the last person I was wondering if it was going 2 be a long time.
Because he was training also.
I wasn't sitting down not even 15 mins.
Even with his multitasking training his employee.
I was already up there.
He does a marvelous job.
He's a keeper.

Don't buy anything at this store, went there to get a new divice for my daughter because her phone broke I just needed the phone, the guy there said in order to get a new divice I needed to get a temporary phone number, I thought it was a bit weird but I really needed the phone for my daughter. two months later came to find out he had made changes to my account, added a new line without my concent and my bill wet from $100 to $130 didn'tnotice before because I have automaticpayments. This guys are scamming people left and right and mopping the floor with the company's name. I called customer service and got the issue resolved but never going back to this store again.
