They scam me, i got plan with number, she told me we have 50 dollars for number and 15 sollar for activation and 10 dollars bla bla and totally they charge me 95 dollars, than i got summary receipt, and checked why they charge that much, than i saw, she put 45 dollar for screen cover, and i dont have it, i turn back and i said pay me back, or i will call bank to cancel my payment, than she give me cash back. But be careful scammer. Also if owner respond my comment, i will share receipts in 2nd comments. She is simran. From india

I went to make payment to this store, they asked my pin, I didn’t give them then they said can’t make payment here. Wherever you got phone , go to that store to make payment and the employee was rude. I won’t go here again. But this is not fair as a metro by T-Mobile authorized retail store.

Kathryn was very helpful. My phone wouldn't respond to anything, including the standard forced shutdown button combo, when it became unresponsive. She knew exactly how to restore my frozen phone, which was a procedure I hadn't found in any of my online searches.Thought I'd have to have her pull the battery or even buy a new phone, but i left without any extra hassle & my phone was functional again!(Hope i spelled her name right.)
