I WILL never go back to this location. The worker here is absolutely INSANE. My mother asked her for information on getting a new iPhone with payments. She then said immediately “Well I’m going to need a social security number because people from Mexico buy phones here and then steal them and go back to Mexico.” So she’s not only calling my mother a thief but assuming she’s undocumented because we’re Mexican??? How unbelievably racist and prejudiced. And in a city where there’s such a large Mexican population no less. Then my mom was receiving a call from my brother who she has labeled as “My Baby” in her phone and had this same worker accuse my mother of being her husbands mistress. She told said “Wait wait wait, why did I just make a call and your phone rang at the exact same time?” Because people can get phone calls?? She then started acting aggressively and made me genuinely afraid that my mother was going to be assaulted by an employee because she thought she was sleeping with her husband. I have no idea if her husband “Chris” is sleeping with other women, but if he is I wouldn’t blame him because I wouldn’t want to deal with this psychotic woman either. I will be contacting corporate about this until something is done. I can’t believe metro chose to employ such a horrible woman.
