The lady was super helpful with helping me getting a phone I wanted even tho I didn't get a screen protector or case she suggested getting a cheaper phone but she understood I wanted the better processor and more memory. I would have liked it if she printed out a recite and i didn't ask or see that they put it in the bag or told me the prices of each charge so I know what I paid for but I calculated $50 for the like she said, $60 for the first month service and $30 for insurance since it's 0 activation fees right now I don't know if the insurance was mandatory or if I could have gone without it but I still appreciate her doing everything very wonderfully to her ability and I will recommend this location it's my 2nd time in 3 years coming to this one and getting amazing service???

Had a great experience at this location ms.Ghazala the manager was super polite in very professional she was attentive in very kind.I recommend anyone to go to this location.

Urooj is a great employee. Best customer service experience at Beechnut. I surely recommend her. She gave me two tablets and helped me with it.Overall amazing experience!!!!

I didn’t even go inside the business but the Indian Employee driving this vehicle got out of her store to harass me about her vehicle having scratches that I did NOT create and also took pictures of my vehicle without consent.

I bought a tablet and the employee emir gave me the wrong tablet so I came back 30 mins later and he wouldn’t let me return or exchange it. This went on for 2-3 days and they still wouldn’t do anything. I went again this Saturday and (Bryan) one of the employees took great care of me and returned the tablet with ease. I think Bryan deserves a raise because of the quality work he puts in. He takes his job very seriously and is very professional. The other employees like emmir and Carmen not so much.

I just went yesterday. And the so called owner asked me he would give me a fair price for my service since I didn't want go pay 200$ to get my service back. And I know if I don't want to buy a phone it's not a must to do and all they said oh you don't have money. And yes I do have the money and I always have two locations where I never have to pay for my phone or be over priced. This location needs better owners. I'm not throwing my money when all it's about paying a small service and I had many years of customer service I'm not new to know of retail and sales.

Terrible customer service ..one of them told me she couldn’t help me bc she was new ! The other one named Neyda or neyda I believe , super rude she was literally cussing in front of me bc she couldn’t fix my phone payment ?I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

This is honestly the best cell phone store I’ve ever been to!! The customer service is phenomenal and I have never walked in there with an issue that didn’t get resolved in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy!! The have a customer for life in me!!
