Stopped by to see if they offered a specific service and how much it would cost.
The gentleman was more worried about taking my dads phone to see if it would work with Metro. I'm not sure what he did with the original t-mobile Sim card that was in there. Now the phone shows as Metro once it starts and he can't receive calls anymore.

I went in looking to trade in my sons phone the girls smix and the other Christian I'm pretty sure that was the second girls name but they was very rude and making condescending faces to each other because I was confused because there was three people talking to us at the same time all tho the man was very nice and helpful I went to take my phone back and the second girl would not let my phone go the man I'm thinking was the manager I'm sure was training her had to tell her it was ok then she let go of my phone I will never be going back there again I've never had someone not let go of something that doesn't belong to them to try and make a sell take your biesness else were the service then girls provide was horrible I hope the man saw the same as me and my son did and fire both of them

Horrible customer service. My family and I have been there many times but my sister's visit today is what drove me to write this review. She went to change her current phone's SIM card to her new phone, but didn't know if the had to do it there electronically, anyways Eliani and the current manager treated her like she was slow for buying an "outdated" phone and had the audacity to try to sell her a newer phone. No selling strategy whatsoever just passive aggressiveness.

2 terrible managers
They have no tact and poor customer service. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
If I were their boss I would have fired them a long time ago.
Precisely before attending to my daughter, they had treated a man badly because he went to give his payment and they did not want to accept it.
That I should have given it with a card
He explained to them that he didn't have a card and she and the manager treated him badly and Mr. left very embarrassed.
Eliani is the name of the woman who made my daughter feel bad because according to her the cell phone was not high-end, it was an old cell phone.
We have been with this Metro Company for 8 years now and the treatment is not fair....my daughter just told me what happened and what these women do is unacceptable.
