What a bad service they have, I arrived and the girl didn't even have a good way to say hello, they had their angry face, and they were not patient at all, and they looked at you very ugly, and when you turned to look at them, they smiled at you with hypocrisy, but They serve better in other places than here

I was refused service to combine lines onto one account, after being directed from metros customer service line (611) to come in store to handle my issues as well. After asking why I couldn’t combine the accounts, I was told “we can’t do that”. Laughable because little did she know I am employed by metroPCS myself and KNOW for a fact it is possible. Don’t recommend this store at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This store is so rude she talks to everybody in English but when I said if you want to talk to me in Spanish after talk to me in English please you start cussing me out very rude they need to shut the store down already every time I come here that's what I go to

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. First of all when I walked in the store everyone that worked there looked at me like I was there to rob the place. I pay my kids phone bill which is always $135, so I know that there's a $3 charge when you pay the bill in store. The Asian lady tells me the bill is $140 so I give her $140 and ask for my receipt. My receipt says $138 on it. When I asked her why doesn't my receipt say $140 on it she tells me that there's a $2 store charge that they don't put on the receipt. What kind of sh*t is that? Never again. I would go to another location if I were you.

My husband and I went on Sunday so we could switch over from boost to metro. Mind you on the window, radio, TV, EVERYWHERE, you go, see, or hear that you get a free phone when you switch. So long story short a lady with short hair that works there tried to SELL us 4 phones for a total of 420!!!! When I asked her about the promo she said that metro wasn't giving out free phones bc they didn't have any to give out. My husband and I walked out and she still told us to come back if we decided to go ahead and switch. We ended up going to metro on Hollister and hammerly and paid half the price for 3 switch over and a new line!

I dont ever will come to this store because I was try getting a new line and ask how muchand they was charging me activation fee. therefore I know that activation free is fee. I went to another where there honest people that care not trying lie about there promotions.

Do Not Buy anything in this store ! Only pay your bill ! And maybe that's not a good idea Purchased a new phone with screen saver case and all with a set of ear buds Earbuds did not work returned next day Told they can't fix or repair or replace because of corona ! Refuse to do anything ! 3 weeks later returned screen saver not sticking on phone Was told I have to purchase another Again that's because it's a screen savor 25.00 more money Returned 2 days later because screen saver still not sticking Was told that's just the way it's is !
