I was there to get a new phone and the customer service guy change my whole payment plan. And didn't even tell me about that in my payment was higher, so they're telling me he's doing fraud !!

The lady who serves is a pedant, rude, foul-mouthed, shouts, with a miserable attitude. And it has happened twice, the same thing happened to a family member on two other occasions, I will NEVER set foot in that business again EVER. That lady should go to a psychologist or at least a psychiatrist. He is very sick in the head when trying to kick customers. It's sad and embarrassing, poor girl, it's sad.

Very bad customer service.The lady here was making me speak up because she couldn’t hear me thanks to her music being super loud!She was also very rude speaking to us and making faces like if we didn’t know what we were asking for! I was asking for my promotions since I’ve been a member for years.Honestly thinking about changing my line since there’s always rude ladies here!

I had the pleasure of buying a phone for my girlfriend from Eric and his customer service is excellent. I work in the service industry so I appreciate the extra lengths he went to get me the right phone for my lady. We switched from Boost mobile to Metro PCS because of Eric. We had to pay a little bit of money but I was glad to do it because of the plan that Eric gave us. I would recommend this plan to my friends and family. Thank you Eric!

I called today 6-15-19 at around 10:04am to inquire about the coolpad legacy ..the lady who answered told me it would be around $104 to switch even though the phone was free on the promotion.. She quoted me a $60 plan saying that was the only plan i could use also with a $20 activation. This is bogus. Activation is $17 .. She's dishonest and pocketing the rest of the money.. Giving customers reciepts only of plan and activation.. I promise mexicans will try to cheat you.. Be glad your in america and stop cheating people.. She hung up on me after i asked her about the tax.. BEWARE MANAGER IS ALSO IN CAHOOTS WITH THE EMPLOYEE.. THERE STEALING MONEY TOGETHER

Had horrible encounter with staff... Arrived at store at 6:45pm door was locked.. Store doesn't close until 8pm CARLA CAME TO DOOR AFTER I KNOCKED SEVERAL TIMES .VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PERSON SHE WAS NASTY RUDE AND UPSET BECAUSE WR KNOCKED ON THE DOOR. INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR NO SIGN ON THE DOOR STATING SHE WAS IN RESTROOM SHE WAS NASTY AND DIDNT ALLOW ME AND MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER IN THE STORE SHR CLOSED DOOR AND LOCKED IT AGAIN.
