Horrible, I grabbed a phone with a new number so I could get the phone for free in quotes but I ended up paying $148 and the phone hasn't worked since the first day, no calls, no texts, no Internet and I've already been to the store 3 times and They don't solve anything for me, nor do they give me my money back either, they're just wasting my time, it's been two weeks with the same thing, I had to change companies to be able to have a line, so now I have two phones, two lines, but it's a Metro by-tmobile doesn't work and they don't give me a solution either, I already asked for my money back and they don't want to so....then??

HOUSTON, WE DEFINITELY HAVE A PROBLEM!!! Why am I being charged extra for paying cash, isn't it supposed to be if you pay with card? I'm been a client for years now, being charged $3 for \"convenience fee\" every single month, I just paid my service and got charged $5 now, please put in consideration your loyal clients Also, why you gotta charge $20+ just swap a SIM, please do something about this cuz I changed phones every once in a while and it's really annoying having to go and pay $20+ just for that, please do something about it, I've been a loyal customer.

I recently switched to metro and wanted to get a new phone, i loved my experience at this job they were really nice and not too pushy, plus they were very patient, I believe the girl helping me was called Ivonne or Ivanka something like that, would recommend asking for her

The only reason I’m giving a whole 1 star is because i like the kid at the counter. But besides that, this place is a hole in the wall. Network is terrible. I don’t receive messages or phone calls and i shouldn’t have to pay 22$ to put my SIM card in another phone to use it. All a scam! Typical corporate American company!
