The guy at the store is extremely rude and she not be working in customer service. I came in to setup service never had Metro before and he was rude, snappy, and of no help at all. I asked him to setup the auto pay he claimed he could not do that I had to do it online I go online they say it is a pin setup and security question that was setup on the account the man at the store did that and did not give me any information the people in customer service said none of my information matches. So customer service could do nothing I am livid! I have never had a phone I could not even pay my bill like what the heck

I bought a new phone here, as well as I been a customer for Metro for last 12 years. They told me that they would transfer all my apps, texts from my old phone to my new phone. They straight up lied to my face. It's very difficult for me to transfer it all myself. As well I have very important things old phone that needs to be transferred

Didn't catch the guys name but I came here to pay my phone bill. There was a line and to be clear I'm not complaining about the wait but what I did have a issue with was that while I was waiting I couldn't help but to hear the other people that were being helped by this associate saying how they were being upcharged for stuff that they clearly said they did not want nor need. Didn't think much of it till I got to the front of the line. I always pay my due amount and that's been the end of it however when the associate was telling me how much it was going to be I noticed it was 6 dollars more then what I always pay. Just off that alone I said don't worry about it and started to walk out when the associate yelled out wait friend I can take off the "insurance". I still have no clue what he was talking about since I always pay the same. This store was the closest one to me so that's why I went there but after this I won't be coming back and I've let friends and family in the area to not come to this store since something shady is obviously being done. I hope this is addressed in a promptly matter. I was there on May 3rd of 2024 at 3:20 for if upper management wants to see who it was since I did not get the name of this associate. I'm going to hope it was just this associate and not the whole store since I overheard that same associate telling one of the other customers to wait till one of the other associates to get there. I'm disappointed since I've never had an issue with metro before and I've been a long time customer. Hope this helps someone save some money and not be scammed.

I would give a negative star but I can't I call to ask questions about plans and phones and they just hang up on me try to call back but they didn't want to answer the phone is hard to find good help this days .

Today I entered Metro PCS expecting to have a difficult time explaining what was causing my connection issues but Rammir was attentive, truly understanding,and extremely knowledgeable. Being able to contact my mother successfully once again was the highlight of my day off work today. Impressive Troubleshooting & customer service Rammir nice job
