I went to this store Monday night right before closing for assistance with my son's phone and the Rep Adnan resolved that issue and even helped me to get new phones for my account. He was very friendly, patient and helpful.

Worse service, they make you wait so long... Staff without knowledge of customer service... and above all, I have already paid my monthly payment and it has been two days since they cut off my service. The staff does not pay attention when you speak to them, they are on their cell phone and ignore What one tells them... should they change inept personnel??? and incompetent

This store is under new management and Miguel and Mohamed are awesome! Great customer service and very patient. I used to dred coming to this location because the customer service was so bad, but not any more! Great job guys, keep up the good work??

Nasty girl employee that drives the white car outside dumping trash literally with a trash can next to her, then had the nerve to sit outside surrounded in trash. I wouldn’t step foot inside simply because it’s trashy outside.
